Digital-product return policy
Digital products are final sale after access or download. CleanOps Supply does not provide refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, failure to read product information, or outcomes based on a buyer’s business decisions. Refunds or remedies required by applicable law remain available. If a purchased file is inaccessible or corrupted, contact cleanops@techlion.dev for replacement access.
Terms of use
CleanOps Supply grants the purchaser a personal or internal-business license to use purchased templates and tools for that purchaser’s own commercial-cleaning operations. Do not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or claim ownership of the files. Products are planning aids, not legal, tax, wage, insurance, accounting, or contract advice. Verify scope, costs, local requirements, and contract terms before submitting any bid.
Privacy
CleanOps Supply collects only information required to operate the site, process a purchase, deliver a product, prevent fraud, and provide support. Payment-card information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by CleanOps Supply. CleanOps Supply does not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or rights of CleanOps Supply.
